Nope no dash bar. Not required unless you cut up the floor and or fire wall. Door bars are going to be required soon. I did the diagonal bar so i could Open Road Race also

I also took most of the ABS and Air bag wiring out of the inside of the car

hey jakesz28, did you get the engine compartment portion of the heater box out with the engine still in the car?

Yes I did but there was a bolt in the center that I didn't know about. It is hard to get to but I would say you can do it. Mine just came out with a hard tug. Then I removed the bolt.

Yeah, same here. I couldn't get my hand back there to get a wrench on it, so I just pulled and it broke. Spark plug changes are a breeze now

No, we saw the bolt but our hands were too big to get in there to take it out. Sorry we don't have little girl hands like you

I noticed there was another bolt and just said f--k it. If your being carefull you can actually remove the passenger side half then reach in through the hole and unbolt the last bolt that is pretty much in the center of the car.

yeah I have some pretty big hands, but the right tools will get to it without any issue, al least that's how I did it...

You can swiss cheese the top metal peice like this



I rewired my pcm and fuse blocks inside to clean up the engine bay and have less wiring.
