that really depends on what track you go to. there are a few tracks out there where tech is almost non-existent. also depends on if a track is IHRA or NHRA sanctioned. also depends on if you have a convertible. but here it goes.. someone correct me if i'm wrong
IHRA - you can go 11.50 without rollbar
NHRA - you can go 11.50 without rollbar
if you have a convertible i believe you can only go 13.50 without rollbar.
