If its got everything taken out of it that goldie-lox says you do then your well below that...especially with no seats. Ive got full interior (even airbags, radio and all) with ultra light holeshot wheels..3480# with me in it ready to go down the track.

I'm around 190 and thats race weight 1/2 tank of fuel. If you go to the weight reduction sticky I have done 90% of them. I have not and prolly never will cut my frame horns or the metal up in behind the front fenders. I have removed the passenger airbag and took the guts out of the driver bag (its expandable foam now) I have my factory Monsoon stereo with all the original speakers. The rear seatbelt bolsters are out/holes filled, sound deadening material removed from the backs of the inner door panels, all the black sound deadener under the dash and in the t top well removed and the list goes on and on. I have 4 solid months to think of things to do to loose weight where you cant see it. Winter still sucks though...

When I see a car thats gutted that far and only one seat I expect to see it running high 7s or 8s if not I'm very disappointed. I guess I'm just into stealthy looking ridiculously fast cars that still look sexy inside and out. My car is a slow H/C stock cube 6 speed car so I have to make it look the part.

That rubber stuff goes all the way up to the bottom of the dash. That thing weighs alot in one piece. I'm thinking 12 pounds or so...

I guess my car would be a big time disappointment to you.
