Todd, I dont have the part number, sorry

Its easy though, all you have to do is go to Pep Boys( i got the wheel there, too) and hit up the Grant part number book that should be in the aisle with the wheels. Just find the number for the most recent GMC truck application adapter kit, like i said 1970 something to 1984 and see if they have that kit in stock and you'll be golden

And yes, it will work with any grant wheel as far as I know..the adapter for the column is what matters, not what wheel you stick on it.

Tired of playing. I now have a daily driver. That is what kept me from getting more serious in the past. I had to rely on my car for transportation. Now I can do what I really want to do

Just seen this. the part number is 3196 for the adapter piece to use with Grant GT wheels.

How much did the firewall insulation weigh? That is the only thing stuff behind my dash (besides wiring). I'm going to mount a heater back in there to defrost the windshield and I'm thinking of cutting the firewall insulation when I do. Thanks!

I'd guess the insulating material and plastic are less than 5 pounds. May not be worth it for most folks. But I want to mount stuff on the inner-side of the firewall, so it was in the way.

Might as well do it when I pull the dash to mount the heater.
