Let's say you are 11.70 on average. You might be able to fatten it up to slow down a tenth, maybe two, hard to say. At some point you will be so fat you will foul out plugs.

And I would still add weight, easy to do. Put the jack and spare back in for example.

So, what if he adjusted the throttle cable so the TB doesn't open all the way is that also cheating? The rule is for an electronic throttle stop that is programmable, not a throttle limiter as I suggested. How about a block of wood under the pedal? Would this get him DQ'ed as well?

I was speaking hypothetically. Just using the block of wood as another example of a throttle limiter. If the block of wood was screwed to the back side of the pedal would it still be illegal?
