Rules about mount NO2 Bottle??

Default Rules about mount NO2 Bottle??

Just wondering what the rules say about mounting of Nitrous Bottles?Does it spec is 2 brackets need to be used or can 1 be used if bottle is secure??

I am sure there are members here that can answer your question. But, I would think you'll be running at a NHRA or IHRA track. If you visit their web page, surely they will identify the correct install. If your local track is close you might check with them. Often a track will hold a special week-end when you can come and get your car teched. Perhaps thats only done at user friendly tracks though.

You need 2 brackets, use the one the kit came with and have a discharge tube that is mounted through a hole in the sheet metal so it discharges outside of the car, that's the only thing you need to be legal.

It doesn't matter where you mount the bottle, as long as it is secure and discharges outside of the body it will be legal.
