Default vfn hoods

I just put a vfn sunoco pin on hood on a 99 z28. What has everyone been using to fill the gap at the back of the hood? I can look in the back of the hood and the strut tower, motor, and everything else.

Did you cut the cowl out? If you did, they have the extended sunoco wide version.

I thought about running the stock cowl trim, but with a Big Block, I think I will keep it open for better cooling. I did paint the cowl satin black though to make it blend in with the windshield.

I still have the stock cowl. I want to fill in the opening because it doesnt look that good. Plus I dont want people always looking into the engine.

If you didn't want to be able to see all of that then you should have gotten the "Extended Cowl" hood that goes back to the windshield and covers all that **** up. Thats what I am doing..

I didnt realize you could see everything like that until I already had the hood. I really wanted the hood that went to the windshield but I got a really good on the other hod brand new locally.

I can't post any pictures of it because the car is being painted right now.
