My traction sucks....... well tonite was teh first time for the new H/C swap motor and it was bad. REALLY bad. first off the track sux, 2nd the stock motor ran a best of a 8.73 tonite the new engine ran a best of 8.66 you mena to tell me i spent about 4 grand for that little bit of extra???? ok first off i learned that i did better running random tech cats with my headers then just straight headers. now mind you this engine hasn't been tuned yet either, i have the stock rear end and tires and my 60' time was like around 2.24- 2.4 ...on the stock engine i had a 2.05 - 2.07 so first off i need to know whats next? 12 bolt rear end with 4.10 gears? slicks? ???? what to do?? 
Re: My traction sucks....... cough cough..... 12bolt and slicks.. A M6 that cant get off the line isnt gonna do squat ET wise. You should be well in the mid 7's. Where did you run at? Check out our little fbody club in the sig also
but FYI: I pulled 7.58 stock internal, 7.30 cam only and going for 6.9-7.1's with the heads now. So you have alot left in your car when you get that 60 in the 1.6-7's!!!! What was the MPH? Im guessing you spun on the shifts also?
