Fellow Racers, What to stall the PT4400 at?
Well guys just bought TP4400, what to stall it at? I have MTI S2 Heads, X1 Cam, 12-Bolt/373's, and 26X11.5X16 MT ET streets.
Previous best was 12.0@113 With the Vig 3000 on a 1.71 60'.
Since then:
Wolfe Torque Arm
Wolfe Subframe Conn.
Eibach 1.5" Drop
ASP Pulleys
PT 4400
Plan to see some low 11's

I had the same converter. I stalled it just enough to load the driveline. The converter flashes so quickly, I felt I didn't need to preload it for performance purposes.

Stock internals, about 1800 works. Best to get to a decent hooking track and play with it.
Good thing, the TP is very forgiving about launch rpm.. will run within a couple hunderds no matter how you launch it. Traction is key though

Re: Fellow Racers, What to stall the PT4400 at?
I run 4:10 gears with a 4200 Yank and my best launches appear around 2000 to 2500. For me 2500 seems to work the best so far. Used the 2500 as a starting point and go up or down in 100 increments until you find the sweet spot. Also, my is done by brake stall. Additionally, car is totally stock internal with no h or c. Good luck.
