Default Am I doing anything wrong or are the runs good?

Attached below is an img of my mods and my best time at beech bend this past weekend. It was pretty darn hot and humid and I had constant 13.4s all night. I had about half tank of gas, my spare and both the stock jack and 2-ton floor jack, tool box, jumper cables and two cases of music cds were still in the car.

Am I doing anything wrong or is this probably what I should see?

Its sounds like a decent time with all that junk in the car. Whats the point of even running it loaded down like that? Jerk all that weight out and get some drag radials and headers, you will see 12s with traction.

I think you should be able to squeak high 12's on street tires, and in the middle of the summer.

Get some of the extra junk out of the car and you should see some major improvement. High 12's most likely.

Getting that 60 foot down will help a lot too
