New setup.. Thoughts????

Goal this year is 10s NA and 9.99 on the Spray
Last years best slip N/A was>>>

Race weight of 3440 and DA around +2600 ft.. Setup was Trex, LS1 intake, SLP Lts, 9" w/ 4.56 gears..TH350 ATI 8" MRT, 28" MT Et DRAGS... All on a tune untouched from when i ran the tr224 camshaft.....

New to the car this season is...... Stock 10 bolt with 3.23s w/ stud girdle. LS6 intake and Bo white TB, Speed Density Tune, and 100- 150 lbs weight reduction..... Racing last year was done at Wichita International Raceway in KANSAS... This season most racing will be at Tulsa Raceway Park... any thoughts or opinions on what i will run.... i am also going to be getting a set of 3.73 gears soon.... just curious to see how the 3.23s do...... the car will also be getting sprayed this season with 150- 200 shot.... which is my reasoning for the 3.23 gears..... thanks

why did u change all that... You went from 4.56 to 3.23 gears? I dont think your gunna go faster at all to be honest. Your not gunna see a 1.55 60 foot with those gears, and if you do your 10 bolt wont like it much at all

My stock 10 bolt loves low 1.50's. I have at least 50-75 passes in the low 1.50's on the stock 3.23 gears and it is still quiet as a mouse.

ummmmmm...am i missing something rather drastic??? you wont be hitting 9's,

10.6s last year on a 100 shot.... No tune and running out of gear with 4.56s... only 121 mph.. I know sub 10s r very possible...

Yes unfortunetly i have had a really rough last few months and had to sell a bunch for cash to pay some bills etc..... so i am left with a 10 bolt for now... i think it will hold for what i am using it for for now.......

yes, i missed the nitrous part. I still dont think your 10 bolt will hold up to 9's

I am planning on a 26" tire for this season with the 3.23s...... the car only sees maybe 20 to 30 passes a year.. hopefully it will hold for the year...
