Default suspension setup

ok guys got one for you, i have a 98 ss with front and rear hals and the front drag springs, bmr extreme duty torque arm with its own crossmember, eibach pro kit, moser 12 bolt, lakewood lca's, adj panhard rod, and front sway bar removed. my question is what kind of adjustments and settings do i need to put everything at??? thanks in advance

I'd be doing:

Torque arm: -2. to -3.0 mine was at -2.5
Front Hals: 1-3 at the track, 5-6 on the street (0 = full soft, 12 full hard)
Rear Hals: 3-5 for the driver's rear, and 4-6 for the passenger rear. Typically 4 and 4, but I would love to have them stiffer if my track can handle it...

My best 60ft: 1.48

My average: 1.50
