Rear bumper support

How is this removed ? any pics or where to start how do you remove the bumper?

I removed my rear bumper, it's easy, jack the car up some to get some room to reach the two inside the wheel well.

That's a good link. I've been thinking about doing this. I'm glad you addressed the parachute issue. Do you have any pictures of how you mounted the difuser?
