Does it benifit to run a shock tower brace. Or is it better to just run without it.

I would also like to know! Do you still have your front swaybar on the car? Any help would be great. Can't wait to see your car at the midnight drags this coming weekend.Good luck

STB and swaybar come off for drag racing and go back on for the street.

have you had any trouble with your bumper bowing in and do you have any sort of reinforcement on it?

Give it time. Mine didn't sag for about a year.

The burkhart support, will take care of the issue, should have mine before the end of the week, plus with the support I can remove the top plastic piece that the bumper cover pope fastens to and the metal piece that attaches that to the hood latch. The bottom flap gets cut off, between those 3 things, probably 90% of the weight of the support is removed, so it's a no weight gain situation. Win win IMO

I drive two hrs to the track doing 80, with no problems. Just dont attempt a top speed test, things could get scary then...

you just have to get used to it, steering kind of develops a little bit of a delay, weight transferr's then the car turns. You'll see when you take it off, just be careful for a while and you'll be fine.

I know of one clown that wrecked his car, tried to blame it on not having the front swaybar, but after seeing the car and the accident scene, it was obvious operator error

I have had mine off for about 2 years, and was DD it like that for over a year. I do have the STB and have never taken it off, but will next time at the track to see if it makes a difference at all.

I never noticed anything when I put it on, so I am guessing I won't notice it not there.

I ran no STB and no front sway bar. Car handled fine without it, just leaned more. I wouldn't attempt to autocross it. lol.

You can remove the support, but it will start to sag after a while. BUrkhart sells a perfect piece that weigh's very little that will hold the nose up and save you the weight.
