They are 35" tall right? I just measured from my carpet to the top of my stock seat it is about 34"... so a kirkey with brackets is going to be tall!
No where near the roof with the pro-street seats, they are as low as they could go since I'm 6'4 but I dont think up high they would touch the roof.

The Kirkey economy seats are a little shorter height then the pro streets.

We have the prototype for the Jaz seat brackets. We're working with Racecraft to get them manufactured.

We do have the JAZ seat brackets done. I thought I had posted a thread with pictures, but I might have forgotten. Here are a couple pics of the seat brackets installed. They sell for the same price as the Kirkey seat brackets ($49).

What are you using for brackets? The racecraft ones?

Got mine in today and had a question about the hardware. You use the washers with the bolts that go through the seat or the alum. Bracket to mount? And the four set screws go in the small holes in the bracket after you get it fitted? Thanks guys great product.

does it have a removeable cover?
would look stupid, and prolly uncomfortable to have a padded seat with a bolt and nut sticking out of it.

so outside of seat shell is 15 1/4 inches and holes centers are 11 1/4

anyone from Racecraft or Mad Steve want to chime in?

First off, i'm not familiar with the type of seat you're using. That being said, when you order your brackets, make sure you order them for a 15" wide seat (1/4" isn't a big deal to make up). It will be $10 more, but I believe you'll have an easier time making these brackets work. I have a set of these brackets here at the shop, so I measured the side mounting holes (center to center), and we're lookin at 8 3/4 on the aluminum bracket. I looks like you'll be able to just drill an extra hole @ 11 1/4 , opposite the taller end of the bracket. The only thing that worries me is the clearance for the bottom of the seat to the floor. One thing that you could do is flip the aluminum plate with the taller end towards the front of the seat. That's how we mount the JAZ seats.

Give me a call at the shop if you have any other questions. 225-673-3533
