I mounted my kirkey seats to be adjustable on the passenger side and solid on the drivers side(rollbar).
Go across your stock seat brackets with 1" by 1/4" steel or aluminum strap. IE: across the stock mounting holes on the front and on the back as well. Then bolt up the side brackets that kirkey sells for the seats onto the seats. Bolt your stock brackets in with the straps, set the seats on top w/ the kirkey brackets, take some measurements, make some marks, drill some holes, bolt up your seats, and be the envy of the neighborhood.
You can get the 1/4" alum strap at any harware store for cheap. These things cost you about 10 bucks in bolts and strap if you use the stock seat mounts.
I mounted a set for a man that had power seat on the drivers side... we had to remove the power assembly from the stock brackets and drill/bolt the slides, but it still no biggie.
