Default How much did your converter weigh?

I have my trans out at the moment and decided to weigh the tank of a converter I have in my car.

41 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think it would go quicker with a lighter one?

It is a TCS 3800 ish, will stall 2700 on the footbrake. Has a billet steel anti ballon plate and multi disc lockup clutch. You could drop this thing out of a plane and not hurt it.

My Yank TP4400 was 30-32 lbs can't remember which. My 8" ATI Treemaster was exactly 10lbs less than that.

My PI Vig 3600 single disk weighed 37lbs when I shipped it back to PI. I'd say the packaging weighed a pound and a half at the most. ~36lbs
