Default Springs...300lb Or 325lb ?

I'm fixing to purchase my qa1 r series shocks, but can't decide on which springs. I've read that you need the beefier springs if you have an iron block.....Just need some imput before I buy them.....lq9 408......

Thanks in advance.

No, it';s a daily driver....Iron block 408 zero weight deduction driven about 250 miles per week.....I just need to know whether 275,300, or 325 lb springs....I was told to go for the biggest you can get....I just wanto to be sure..

I ran 300's with a TT. Too soft for the street. Went to 325's - perfect.
