Angry QA1's on....whats next???

I just got my QA1 front coilovers on with 275 pound springs, and rear QA1 stocker shocks on stock springs. Had them adjusted at 2 in the fronts, and 6 LR, 7 RR. The car spins the tires threw ALL of first, second, and half of third still. The rear tires are stock 275's and dont do much to help. I G-teched it tonight and it ran a 13.4 @ 115. Thats spinning most of the way. The trap speed seems to be there, but I can hook up AT ALL. Should my next mod be M/T DR's, or should I get Spohn LCA's, relocation brackets, and panhard? The suspension is stock other than the coilovers in front, shocks in rear, and Spohn torque arm right now.

Also If I get the M/T tires should I go for a 26, or 28 inch tall tire? I am thinking 28 because I was hitting 5th gear at the end of my runs. Any info?

Tires will be on a 15x8 inch wheel if I do go that route.

My rear QA1's are set @ 3. I have stock front shocks. Car ran 12.1 @ 117 cam only (nitto DR's). Havent' got it out since the heads.

As for tires, 26" are what everyone I know seems to run. You still get 12X MPH out of the 4.10's in 4th. Trapping faster than 120 you probably need to step up the tire size.

Thanks for the responses. I will be getting my rear 15x8 wheels in early may, and will put on some 26" tires, and let everyone know how that goes.

I set my rears at 3 or 4 depending on track surface. Get a good adjustable torque arm set at -2.5 and lower control arms.

You want the shocks set stiffer in the rear. Tires are going to help you the most, then I would suggest a set of our lca's, and relocation brackets. It doesn't matter who's suspension you put on the car if you don't have a good tire on the car.

Wow I forgot I even posted this tread, but its alive, and well I see. Yes I was having traction problems all summer, but exactly as you guys are saying roded LCA, LCA relo brackets, and a MT ET street 28x11.5x15. That got me in the 1.63-1.64 range with ZERO SPIN. Another good point to make to all the M6 guys who are having the same problems is that you need to really shock those tires to get them to hook. I thought there was no way in hell if i dump it at 3500-4000 and it spun then 6000 would be worse. But it made all the difference in the world. Also dont be afraid to take that pressure down to 11 PSI cold, and once you do your burnout you can add around 2 psi for the temp change.
