How do i get my 60' time down?
lca relocation brackets????? If so what hole? What swaybar in the back are you running???? I imagine your pinion angle is set right to like -2..... what shocks are on the car?????
The only thing I saw from the video if the video is correct in it's timing is your burnout was GARBAGE...... There wasn't ANY visible smoke that I saw. You need a line lock, 1-2-3 thru the gears on it and smoke the **** out of your tires at about 13 psi if full slicks... 18 psi if you're on drag radials.... I think your 60' times will come down alot if you smoke the hell out of your tires, leave on the 2 step rev limiter (If you have one, if not get one) at like whatever is right under your converters stall speed and make sure you're leaving on spray.... should be easy 1.4's if not 1.3's....
You car is heavy as it is a convertible but it should move out with what you got in it.... My car last night all motor on a radial cut a 1.52 60' time with a TH400, 4300 stall leaving on the digital 7 limiter set to 4000 rpms on the t-brake..... and I dynoed 473 RWHP at 3351 lb raceweight.... so I have less power and WAY less torque if you're leaving on bottle.....
Yes, on the lca relocation brackets. They are on the lower holes.
The rear sway bar is a bmr adjustable.
Not sure on the pinion angel. ( i have taken the car to a good suspension guy a while back)
The shocks are all QA1's
Friday night i did a really good burnout and it still did not hook (i was choking on smoke inside the car)
This is just getting to be too much to even fool with. It hooks everytime when i have the front sway bar hooked up. But at the same time it seems like it will come out of the hole better with it unhooked.
Any other ideas to get the car to hook?
