Shock question

I finally am making it to the track after all these years... well, caring about it anyway. I ditched stock rear shocks for single adjustable KYB's cause I had them (new). What setting should I be at...soft/ middle/harder// same on each side? I have stock springs and shocks in front, stock springs in rear. A spohn pro rear sway, non adjustable lcas andan adjustable panhard and frame connectors.,, if it matters. Is there a proven shock set up or can I please make these work at least "okay".

Also, i read about lcas on lowest hole..is there a lowering bracket these day I need to be aware of?

KYB not the best drag shocks in the world. BUT I would try them before investing in some different ones. Nothing on the front - still stock? If so, get some QA1 adjustables. Try the Middle first, and than possible move to hard. You really don't want the car to squat ...
