how much weight saving do i get from swapping.... how much weight will i save if i swap my BMR mild steel k-member to a chromolly one??
same question for a sphon m/s torque arm to chrommoly one??

Cage is worth it.
There are some k-members out there where you can save considerable weight. Yours is probably 22lbs in mild steel. My P/A racing chromoly without motor stands (use motorplates) is only 15lbs. My P/A mild steel was 20lbs.
The places I would hit the weight reduction before changing these are drag brakes, wheels/tires, and seats. Alot of weight there.
