I think it is 15x3.5 or 15x4. I'm running a 15x3.5 prostar with that tire. Maybe others will chime in also.

Get the 8-ply rating tire, unless your car is ridiculously light. I run that size on a 15x4, another buddy has it on a 3.5, and another has it on a 5.0. The 5.0 looks the best, but your options are going to be limited. The 3.5 the tires are really cupped in. So my vote is for the 4.0.

Sorry to hijack but the 8 ply is a waist of extra money and weight.

Its not that much of a difference in weight. I had both. The 8ply is maybe 4 lbs heavier. But since F-bodies are so heavy they should run the 8ply. Hell when my car was 3400 w/ driver I had 4 plys and no matter how much air I put in them they looked low. Not safe IMO at high speeds with so much pressure on such a thin wall. M/T website recommends 4ply on only are recommended for sub 3k lb cars. If you want to shave 8lbs on weight and compromise safety that's fine just make sure you only do solo passes. I'm at 3150 w/ driver now and I still use 8ply fronts.

But to answer the OP question if this is going on a street/strip car and the rims are forged aluminum (draglights, prostarts, bogarts) then I'd get the 4" rims. The 3.5" on a heavy street car over time the center may crack. My buddy had that happen on his 95 vert. 3600lb car that was street driven alot. I have a bigger pic of my sig. My fronts are 4" with the 8ply M/T's if you want to see how much/little the cup is. Let me know -Mark

They are actually 4 ply with an 8 ply rating. Get those. Trust me.

I ran the 4 ply for 4 years with no problems with a 3600+ car

Now that the car's down to 3330, I'm on a DS-2 moroso tire. @ 35 lbs, they look a little sift, but at 40 they're fine.
