Weighed the Firehawk tonight......

Weighed the Firehawk tonight...... Went to a local industrial park scale w/a few people..
I was on slicks/skinnies (Prostars)
Backseat and seatbelts are out
Spare/Jack is out
Sway Bar in the front is out
A/C, AIR, EGR, all removed...
1/4 Tank of Gas
Car has a Iron Block, TH400 trans, ATI procharger, CAS (BIG) radiator, 12 bolt w/posi, bunch of little stuff all in the car, probably 10 pounds worth.....
The car w/out me in it weighed in at 3500 pounds....I weigh 220, but for some reason the scale read 3760 w/me in it....
I figure thats not too bad....
I take the passanger seat out at the track, thats 30lbs, and the speakers 10lbs, that puts me into the 3680ish for a race weight...
I plan to do K-member, A-arm, Lightweight carpet over the winter....

my lt1 with a bunch of **** in it and 0 weight reduction weighed 3400 without me in it and i have an iron block from the factory.
i still think if you are gonna take the carpet out to replace it then your shyould do a cage your gonna need it :0
