Angry Help on adjusting a 4link susp.

I've had this car together for a little over a year and have yet to mess with the 4link. The car 60fts mid 1.3's with a 1.33 being it's best. When I launch the car it pops up in the front and the wheelie bars hit the ground and the front comes right back down but stays unloaded in the front until I slam on the brakes at the end of the track. I tried to level the car out last week by adjusting the coilovers and went to the track and now I can't control it and have to lift as soon as it goes into 2nd gear. It feels like it may even be spinning the tires on the 1-2 shift. I bought some scales and put the car on them today and the results were.
L/F=725lbs
R/F=763lbs
R/R=711lbs
L/R=716lbs

So I guess I'm looking for some idea's of what kind of adjustments to make to get the car under control and to get it to 60ft a little better. The car makes about 880rwhp and The setup is
4link rear suspension with single adjustable coilovers on all 4 corners
BMR upper, lower control arm and k-member.

you wanna try to have more weight in the passenger side rear. also your 4 link may be adjusted with too much pre load.

Set the car on four wooden blocks with it set up like it will be raced(driver in the seat, full of fuel, etc). If you have all of your ride heights where you want them, tighten the top right bar in the neutral position for a start. If it goes left, lengthen the top right bar, if it goes right, shorten the top right bar but only make small changes(1 flat at a time). That will only work if you just need really small adjustments, excessive amounts of pre-load can make it act really squirlly. As far as how long to set the bars, I know on light weight tube chassis cars about half the wheel base with a lot of spread in the rear is a good start. Madman can probably tell you more though.
