Default aluminum radiator question

I have an a4 trans. so my question is could i run an all aluminum radiator that has no built in cooler and run an secondary cooler for the trans?

Yes it is perfectly acceptable for daily driving and is a common thing to do.

what size? do you have a link to one, that would work for daily driveing/ streetable

Biggest one that fits where you plan to mount it. Most guys attach to radiator. So usually you can find several that fit.
You just need to decide if you want hard line or braided, so you know what kind of fittings you want on it.

Post the size of your radiator core & what type trans lines you're using. If you're reusing stock lines,
then the universal hose clamp inlet is fine. I would double hose clamp them for safety.
It's not that hard to find a good spot & proper size. I'm not that smart & I've done 10-12. Good luck.

yeah im just going to use factory lines. and the radiator im going to get the universal one as close to the same size as factory then aluminum weld mounts and a barb for the coolant that use to go thruogh the tb
