quick drag bar ?

quick drag bar ? Hey guys i've finally got my rear drag swaybar welded up and in place. Took a little engineering since I bought it used and with no idea where to weld it in place since no directions, but for $75 I figured it woud do the trick. I think I got it put in a pretty good place without killing ground clearance to bad.
This looks a lot like the Burkhart setup (could even be an earlier version seller bought it used as well) and I was wondering should the front arms that pivot inside the tube that is welded to the rear axle tubes be level to the ground or up or down a degree or two? If the car squats at all on launch it will force the arms down towards the ground, so I don't know if I should pitch them up slightly or make them level? What have others found out. I have rod ends so the arms are fully adjustable up or down.

Thats what I was thinking. I'll start level and keep some adjustment. This is an under the rear axle type solid swaybar. So adjusting the bar up and down on either side doesn't affect how the car leaves the line?
