Question about my drag setup I have a 2007 C6 M6 putting down 440rwhp.
I currently am using 2 C6 18" wheels with 275 BFG drag radials on the back and still spin on the launch.
I am looking at selling my current set up and doing the 17" wheel with MT ET Streets. Or should I go MT Street Radial? Buddy said I will break with the ET Streets even though I have Stage III RPM 4.10 setup.
What 17" wheels should I get to run the MT ET Streets?

I've always been told that with a M6 car you want a softer sidewall due to stick cars hit the tires harder than an auto. So I think the ET Streets would be the better choice. So you just have a ring and pinion and that's it? Stock diff and shafts otherwise? If so, I think you're on borrowed time with either tire. If the MT DR's hook and don't spin they are harder on the rear due to a stiffer sidewall. Hope this helps. -Mark

nice try, but not on a c5/6 thats street driven.
I run QA1's all around with bfg dr 295/35/18 at 16 psi and have gone as fast as 1.54 spraying off the line in an 04 a4 coupe. i normally cut high 1.60's on motor with this setup.

Bottom line is the bigger the sidewall the better for dragracing.I am not sure where you are at now but at that power level you should be 1.4-1.55 60 ft but with those big rims it is going to be tough.If you had 15`s with et drags you would be flying
