Default Front Fender Mod?

Front Fender Mod?
Has anyone had any issues after cutting lighten holes or cutting the whole area out of the outer front fenders?
Trying to decide what to do.
Thanks Bob

I have no problems with mine, but then again I don't take it on the street very often. I think the biggest issue is if you are involved in a front end collision, otherwise it will hold up just fine...

Most people cut out the whole chunk. I cut out parts of mine.

No Problems here. I removed the whole outer piece with a spot weld drill. The lower piece above the front wheel/tire I hole sawed. It seems like their is still lots of strength.

I cut the whole thing out. I drive mine on the street a little bit and I haven't had any problems.

1.25 lbs. I wish I would have cut the whole piece off, but I had already put the fenders back on and realigned them.

I cut mine out completely, and it weighed in at just over 3.5# removed, but every little bit helps...
