ya it was up under the dash. says throttle position controller on it. maybe controls the tcs functions???

GRR I edited and said that haha oh well.

Yeah thats my guess also. TCS is lame IMO most people leave it off anyways

Then you should be able to trace the wires and take out the pins on that end too

thanx for the link man. is there any splicing that i would have to do, or is it as simple as just pulling wires?

Just follow them till they end and pull the pins. I didnt have any splicing to do. I had to fix some frayed wires. Oh and Tip: be very careful pulling the harness out of the firewall the metal cuts the wires haha I was being sort of careless. But oh well

alright good. thanx alot man. just making sure because it would really suck if i removed wires for one thing if it was tied into another

guess ill get started on this tomorrow in the cold because im too impatient to wait for warmer weather

I think theres 3 wires that cross over between connectors, and since I dont have a pin out sheet I didnt remove them. They go from the ABS Computer to a huge bulk head under the dash. But everything else is gone haha. I dont need it to run the car.

ya im gonna get a haynes manual to help me on this and make sure i dont remove any wire of an electronic i wanna keep

that thing sucks. Save your time. Get an alldata subscription. Its also $20 same price as haynes manual. Its $20 for a 1 year subscription

I'm glad this thread came back up. I was looking at my car (93) the other day and wondering what that box was. I'm going to pull that out. I've been working on the body harness for a long time. The next step is attacking the engine harness that controls the lights, ABS, blinkers, etc... and hooking it up to my LS1 engine harness.
