Loosing HpTuner Communication When Launching

When I try to log my car I loose communication. I am using HPTuners. Not the laptop bouncing around because I have had a passanger come with me to hold it. Could it be that the battery power getting too low? Anyone else have a similar problem?

Are the PCM connections firm, is the battery properly tied down? Other then this, it may be a faulty connection to your diagnostic port or the HPT cable is not firmly connected. Double check all your connections.
