Default 26x11.50r16 M/T Et Streets vs 26x9.50r16 Hoosier QTP

I can't wait anymore for the 15" greg weld wheels so I am just going to buy tires for my 16" track wheels. I am a stick car with all the supporting mods to get the job done (12 bolt, text clutch, full spohn suspension) and I need a new set of slicks to go to the track with. I had 27" m/t et streets but am moving down to 26" because I had some rpm left on the table last time I went to the track. I liked the et streets but I have heard great things about the QTP. The only thing I am worried about is the QTP only comes in a 9.5 width and I dont know if that will be enough to get the job done. Any body have tried both?? Let me know what you guys think! I think I am leaning more to the m/t because of the width but maybe I am wrong on that???

Since you are a M6 i would go with the 26x 11.50 et street. But the QTP is a damn good tire and it might do the job.... but i wouldnt take that chance. good luck

F-m/t tires. They don't hook fir sh*t on my car. some people love them, you may but they did nothing for me.The M&h Racemaster cheeter slick got me 1.42 60's N/A. they have a 26x11.5x16 www.intercotire.com The M&h hook so good I started to break **** again....gotta love that. 3,700lbs car pulling a wheelie.
I'd go hoosier over the m/t's
