I have almost the same setup as you except I have 4.8 heads. I just got my car dynoed and it only made 430hp 410torque on a stingy dynojet and my graph looks just like yours. I have a catted y too. At wot I have a vacuum at the map sensor. That means I have a restriction with the intake or maf. Also the car has been sitting for two years so I don't know if the valve springs could be bad too.

I have a tpis 90mm ls6 intake I just put on but have yet to dyno again. I also took the screen out of my 85mm maf. I will dyno again and let you know.

I have not seen many cars with a ls6 intake do over 430hp. I think that is about the ceiling for it.

I really hate it when people can only argue numbers based on track results. If your car isn't setup (suspension and geared) for the 1/4 mile then your track results will suggest that your car isn't making the power that the dyno say you are making. You'd probably kill me at the track too. I dyno'd 490 rwhp 445 rwtq but only ran a 12.02 with a 60 ft time of 2.11, my trap speed was 123.6 mph into the wind. My dyno numbers only say that my car can go really fast. Change the gears and suspension and she'll be a lot quicker out of the hole and across the 1320 line. Not trying to argue with you, but so many people miss the point and/or true correlation of dyno number, track times, based on setups.

Take an a4 corvette making 450 rwhp with 3.90 gears and a ccw drag pack that can only manage a 12 second 1/4 mile at 120 mph. I'd have to call bs on the dyno numbers. Look at Yo_El's car. He's doing 128+mph traps in the low to mid 10's. His car is setup for the track, and his motor does what the dyno numbers suggest it should do. (based on his gears and suspension)

I think a ported intake and 92mm TB setup would be a good addition to your setup. I have a Formato ported FAST 92 on the shelf and I can work you a deal with a PTM 92 TB as well. You have a PM as well!

Jason is headed to NC next month. Maybe he could meet you at RPM in Garner to help get a good tune in the car as well. I'm sure the guys at RPM wouldn't mind

Well the car before ran VERY well with the stock motor, as with just bolt-ons(not full boltons either) and the 9" I was cutting 1.6 60's with a best of 1.59, and ran consistent 12.1's @ 113 MPH. All that with 339hp......I expect ALOT more from this setup. As I said Im going to be cheking a few things to see what is holding this up, Ill let you all know what I find.
