Have you all checked to see if you were getting any misfires around those RPM's. My car is experiencing the same syptoms at 6000 rpm yesterday I Efilived it and found out i am getting misfires on cylinder 8

I'm convinced that it's an ignition issue. You could AUDIBLY hear the car lose power on the dyno...and it happened in a split second. One moment the car is screaming up the power band...and then BLAM!...it stopped making power. it's like someone was letting off the throttle and coasting (except the driver was obviously still holding the throttle to the floor (exhaust note never changed...but the rollers slowed down substantially). Valve float comes on gradually...causing fluctuations on the dyno chart....Will's problem comes on Instantly and the car practically dies. I can almost buy the plug gap issue resulting in extinguished spark.

Ebbs - so when you coming over to check? LOL. I can have them outta the car in 20 minutes. Just never gapped em before. Also - you still got Autotap?

What should I be setting the gap to? Right now they are Bosche Platinum 4's gapped at whatever spec the come in when new. I was told originally that the gap was already set. Are these plugs decent as well? I mean, if I am gonna pull them out, I have the chance to get a better type while I am at it.

tr55's gapped at .55 here also... you sitll need to check the gap on the plugs before you put them in. Even if they say they are gapped doesnt mean they all are the same
hopefully thats the cause... if so, its a simple fix

Yes that was weird.... The car just run out of steam at 6000RPM... it doesnt shut down or bog, it just stop pulling . Go get Autolite platinum spark plugs and u will be happy with them. Mine is gapped at .053 from autolite and it took care of the problem i had with misfiring. Im sure u will hit 410-415rwhp at 6400RPM when u fix this problem. Good luck man.

Easiest/cheapest place to pick up the TR-55's?
hard to say....i have seen them at advance before and also at auto zone, but sat when we went looking for some for jeremy nobody had them. we got autolite 103's for him, i think they are about the same heat range plug.

Re: Patriot S2 dyno # - need help though please.
Ok - I will definately go that route (swapping and gapping plugs) and see how she responds. But a good friend of mine brought up a good point. It doenst seem like the car was getting an inefficient spark (which could be explained by gap) - it acted like it lost ALL spark. There wasnt a gradual decline in power loss - it was DRAMATIC and happend as soon as the car hit 5900-6K rpms. This point alone makes me wonder if its something other than the plugs. Maybe I am thinking about it too much.
What really has my attention is the rockers. I dont recall having this problem before installing the YT's but I am not 100% certain. Can someone please just say "CANT be the rockers" so I can move past it. I am worried I may have done something wrong when installing them that could have led to this.

Alright - already got them on their way.
Terry @ Patriot PM'd me back and said the issue shouldnt be in the springs - they are more than capable in handling the cam, etc.
An issue with lack of spark would also show up on the A/F curve as going very rich correct? I dont think we had that problem.
Hannibal <--- still confused.
