need some help with experienced dyno guys
Im about to pull the trigger on a full exhaust, and ls6 intake, and ported tb.
i was wondering if there is really a huge gain on a stock ci, internal motor between a catted y and a catted td setup.
on they y i would have cats and a single sweet thunder dumped, would that be a good setup
and on the td would be catted td with dual sweet thunders
and also, would you guys get it dyno tuned or would a mail order tune be sufficient enough?

True duals will give slightly higher rwhp. ~5rwhp +/-. When you start to mod, i.e., heads & cam, the sound of the true duals will probably be something you will find hard to live with. Most do. Depends on your taste. With more mods, the TD's will show more gains, but on a stock shortblock 5-10 rwhp tops.
