Not too bad considering the auto, stall, and fairly mild cam. Actually, you put down almost the same number I do with my mild H/C setup. I put down 400/367 with 224/228 cam and LS6 heads. Only difference is I'm running through a heavy M6 drivetrain versus your fairly normal auto drivetrain, so they're probably evening each other out.
With your auto and stall, assuming full weight, you should hit mid 11s at 116 or so no problem if you're hooking up.

i have tsp heads cam package with the 5.3 heads & the torquer two cam in my 98, 595/598 with a fast 92/92 pt4000 & 373 gears & dynoed 408 rwhp & ran a 11.08 @ 121 with a 1.48 60'.
