I have a very similar setup to yours on my 02 SS m6, only diff is I have the MS3 and LS7 clutch:
TSP 5.3L Stage 2.5 heads, TSP MS3 237/234 113LSA cam, 90MM FAST intake and 90MM TB, SLP headers/catted y-pipe, LS7 Lifters, LS6 Ported Oil Pump, Double Rollmaster adj Timing Set, Fast 36lb injectors. SLP LM Dual/Dual exhaust
On a dynojet I put down: 435rwhp/387rwtq

ur set up if u had placed ls6 2.5 heads i bet u would be in the 460's hands down. im gettin rid of my 5.3's next month and goin with ls6 heads milled and ported to a stg 2.5 setup.

this is yet what i have to understand bout these heads. i see post after post that ppl r puttin down over 440rwhp on these heads either with a fast or ls6 intake. im runnin #30 injectors, ls6 intake, torquer 3, prc 2.5 5.3L heads, kooks 1 7/8th's/ true duals, 3.73 gears... and i only put down 415/390! this tune was on a 75 degree day with very lowwww humidity if any at all.

I really don't like those heads. But they are very cost effective $$. And dyno's will be dyno's, they are just numbers until u take the car to the track and get some more numbers lol.

I do believe it is the heads as well. If you look around at different post some of these guys state theyre makin 450's with just these heads and cam. Thats why i'll be switching to another set of heads... LS6 STG 2's sound bout right to me

Your numbers are fine.
I had AFR 205 heads milled to 62cc, LS6 intake, ported TB, UD pulley, T56 with a similar TSP 233/239 112LSA .600" lift cam and it made 429rwhp/380rwtq at 7100rpm at one dyno and 439/385rwtq on another. This was on a stock 23K mile '99 shortblock with 1 7/8" long tubes, dual 3" cats, Xpipe into true 3" duals out back.
I think that cam sucks up a little torque.... or maybe my diameter headers did!?! One thing is for sure.... from 4-7K rpm this motor pulled like a madman.
Take it to the strip and see what kind of mph you run. That is the true measurement of HP.

It does pull hard on top end. I'm not too worried about the numbers. I just wanted to bring up the issue since they looked much lower than others with similar setups. They said there dyno reads about 15 lower than everyone else's.
I rode in a 408 a4 car yesterday with 4.56 gears and it pulled like a monster. I know that i definitely need gears now. I've been convinced.

well it depends on your setup and how much you wana spend on heads... or you could stick with the 5.3's and spray the heck outa ur motor... but remember when you run someone with a better set of heads than those, and they spray, ur gona get left behind.
