Shouldn't you do it anyway? Are you saying that TEA doesn't inspect all thier heads?
Wow...that took ***** to say on a public forum.
Next thing you know people will be losing thier motor because of cracked/loose valve guides.

Here are the seat pressures for the 977 spring.
Inst. H Pressure
1.900 150
1.850 170
1.800 190
1.780 200
I don't know what valves you guys use with LS1 but they don't yield 1.900 installed height. I think you meant to say 978, it's the same spring as 977 but with lower installed heights. This was checked by me with the comp 776 titanium retainer.

I just read the Nov issue of Hot Rod magazine and they featured a LG 427 solid-roller in a Z06.It was one of the cars they dynoed at the Castrol oil dyno day.The car made 466 rwhp,472rwtq.Remember now this is a bored and stroked LS6 solid-roller no less with a .654/668 cam.It makes me have serious doubts about a hydraulic 346 H/C making the same power. Those Texas dynos really make some power.

Does anybody know the guy from Huntsville that got one of these packages at the same time? I'm going back to dyno again in Trussville next week and I'll pay for his dyno time if he'll come down too.

Ive already seen an independant dyno of the A.S. heads and the g5x2 package and the car made 457 rwhp. That car was dyno tuned up here in NY and that shop has no affiliation to either A.S. or L.G and the shop does not make bogus sheets for people . Plus the guy put the car together himself not a special shop car .No aluminum or lightened flywheel or dyno tricks. Im pretty sure the guy even posted a video of his car dynoing it was the blue car with the Black zr-1 17X11`s on the back if anyone can remember. I dont think it would be too much of a strech for another car to put down 4 more hp than the one I saw. Ofcourse the deal that Gomer suggested that he would pay for the dyno pass sounds good. Atleast he is willing to pay to see the results. These days there are many sponsors that are putting out 450+ cars even some with automatics . Its easy to call BS but isnt that the same thing everyone said to Gomer since he dynos high #`s ? Is he lying also ? There A4 cars that Idle stock and make 420+ hp from other sponsors and that is believed. Its weird that after many cars with 450+ rwhp leaving LG`s shop there would still be people not believing.

Your car makes great power!! I think that it is very cool you are willing to pay for another guys dyno pulls. I always hear everyone say get dyno #`s then when they do they are not believed unless its done on multiple dynos. Then after all that you finally hear dyno #`s mean nothing the real test is 1/4 mile. So you have to run someones idea of the right number for it all to be validated. I personally would love to cruise around in a 450+ hp car even if its not setup for 1/4 mile racing. All this jumping through hoops to satisfy everyone is gettting rediculous. I went to a local shop and was hanging out. We started talking about my car and my dyno #`s. The guy flat out told me there was no way my car would make anything close to 420 on his dyno with my A4 and said go get your car and we will dyno it for free!!. I told him although it was tuned at another shop I didnt buy any prducts from them and they had no reason to skew my dyno # higher because they are trying to sell there own products which are not in my car. Anyway Since he offered the FREE dyno time I was more than happy to go get my car. All I can say is that he was more than alittle supprised I was able to back up my #`s concidering it was a different day on a different dyno in a different state. What does that all mean pretty much nothing but hey some free dyno time is a free dyno time which is not to be passed on. Maby the guy with the vette will take you up on your offer. Keep us updated if he does.

It doesn't make a **** to me who builds them. I'd just like to see it.

Lou is a real straight forward guy. His dyno has been on par with the other dyno's here in the Dallas area. I don't have any doubts that his car put down what he says. He has always been honest to me in the past. Gomer offering to pay for the dyno time is a real cool thing to do. That is one way to end the debate.
