Well you could just reallocate on of those collecting dust to my place, I would finish it up for ya!
) that thing is almost flat.Better exhaust would help to get it over 400/400
Also in the tuning you might want to fatten it up a bit from 2500 rpm to 4K pm
With a bit of tweaking you can get more out of it. I'm glad you like it.

EDIT: It picked up 4 MPH? How much did the ET improve? 116 MPH is definately enough to go 11's.
