There is a Corvette now built running over 20 psi with a 2.8L KB but for some reason it keeps burning through the clutch.....

VERY nice, the almost 4,000 lb curb weight still hurts. it needs to go on a diet

Pretty nice for an almost stock car but nothing a 550 rwhp Vette wont hang with.

WHAT IN THE F do you do with that much TQ. my pos has 400ltfbs at 3k and its a hand full when you get on it.

you mean the 550rwhp vette will hang with the 750rwhp 2009 mustang cobra?

Nice!

I have a friend with a 08' shelby with the same blower but it has headers and it made 800+ on 23 psi and race gas.

It popped after 1700 miles lol.

Now for a ton of suspension mods to run decent times. My 600rwhp on juice blows GT500s at the track on regular basis. (One day someone is gonna wake up and dial in their suspension).
I see it often in the mirror, they launch too soft and rely on the mega power to come on strong at the end.
I nail them on the 60' 95% of the time

a 3200# 550 RWHP Vette should hang with a 3950# 750 RWHP Cobra on the street anyways.
My wifes 08 stock-tuned- Auto Vette 395 rwhp will run side by side my son-in-laws 515 rwhp 03 Cobra and he has a friend with a 08 SHelby with more power than he has and can outrun him. Just saying they are heavy.

We are guessing bad tune/ driver error... we are not sure and neither is he but he thinks he may of gotten 4th instead of 6th on a topspeed run.

Its comming back with a compound boost set-up and Twin T-76s

Ahhhhh compound boost!!! 1180 rwhp on a 03-04 cobra with compund boost and stock blower! But prob a bad tune for that engine to pop. My engine in my 03 melted a head because of some bad tuning.
