SD is speed density. It's a pain in that the software is antiquated. It takes a long time to transpose the numbers from a run log to the tune, flash ,and repeat. If done correctly, it takes longer than an LS tune, and should cost more.
Hey Ed, I was told by a friend that you can transplant a LS PCM (+ reluctor wheel) onto an LT? Plausible?

Yes, you can. If you search in the LT1 section you will find some good info. A local friend of mine just did this conversion and the car runs perfectly. It's on the "to do" list for my LT1 soon!
