SAE HP/TQ corrected

I understand the purpose of SAE corrected HP/TQ on a dyno,but what are the actual settings(temp,humidity,barometric pressure)they use to come to the final HP/TQ figure?

Here is a handy online calculator that takes a fairly complicated equation and lets you see how SAE corrections affect HP & TQ.
