Finally got the car to the point it needed a Dyno Tune...
After quite a bit of playing, replacing, updating and putting in a Fast 92mm intake and 92mm Fast Throttle Body, I am finished with any updates I am planning to make this year. I knew there was a lot more in the car with a proper tune, so yesterday I took the car to Masport in Boca Raton, FL to tune on their Mustang Dynometer.
Before Tune Numbers: 345 HP @ 6100 RPM with 321 Torque
After Tune Numbers (Best Run): 380 HP @ 6100 RPM with 361 Torque
Considering it was over 100 degrees inside, that is some pretty strong numbers.
If that is not a reason to get your car tuned I don't know what is. Everything is much smoother through all the gears, car idles better and the speedometer now tells me actually how fast I am going (4.30 gears and my Hypertech programmer can only enter 4.10). Car was already drivable - now it is even better.
Typical run against the baseline. We made a few final changes after this which added a little more HP.
Videos before and after tune Dyno run. My kids were there for the second run so that is me laughing at their reaction...

Haha...Cool vids! I didn't even realize you took a video of the baseline! As I mentioned yesterday, nice build. This car rocks. I guess it just goes to show again what's possible when a caring and discriminating owner chooses his parts after due research and gets a combination that's bang-on-the-money (and easy to tune as the parts were matched properly)! Well done!

Thanks Dan. Great work yesterday.
Wish I could take all the credit. The car was built well by the previous owner and I got to review their build, make some decisions and then add the additional work on top of it with lots of good advice from all over the place.
For such big gears the car is smooth as silk on the road.
Oh and I fixed the headlights - just a shorted head light switch.
