Dyno Graph

We have reached the limitations of the FAST Intake Manifold. MAP Readings are in the 86/87kpa Range @ WOT... While our customer is not interested in anymore power he is local and is willing to let us build a sheet metal manifold for testing to see what we can ultimately get out of this 496 cubic inch combo.... The FAST will find its way back onto the engine as you can see this combo was built to be as clean/stealth as possible.

End Result so far.....620RWHP/620RWTQ on Pump gas 81 original mile 02 SS driven on the streets of Cumming Georgia

Imagine the power if you had 50% more intake/throttle body capacity. Staggering.

I wonder what a beck or wilson intake would do to it. Or even a ITB set-up.

awesome!

I'm sure with the intake and letting it breath it will show huge gains and better RPM.

TQ is sick!

damn thats crazy power. to bad those were cathedral port heads and you couldn't use a ported Fast 102 on it.

I also love the sleeper look in the engine bay.

Are you going to custom build it for him or is the customer going to buy a sheetmetal intake manifold such as a a beck or a wilson.?

Thanks, Ron, for posting this info! I wonder what kind of power a set of TF 245's would produce along with a custom intake?

That is what I was thinking...he needs more compression (11.5:1), head and intake, IMHO. Great results and idles like a stock 346 with exhaust with that donkey cam. I was thinking TFS 245s at least...could have even gone with some CNC'c LS7 heads.

I can't see the graph though
