Default Dyno result and opinions needed

Dynoed my Camaro and the results were 434Hp and 416 Tq.
Specs are:1998 Z28 M6/LS6 383 CID /Patriot Stage II+heads/ LS6 intake /Ported throttle body/ Stock MAF / Comp Cams 242/242 .610/.610 113+4* lsa/ Kooks stainless 1 7/8" headers/ 3"X3"ORP/ Magnaflow cat back/ASP pulley/K&N + MTI lid/160 Tstat/ 3.73-12 bolt Strange.

Would it have much left with a better tune seeing as the AFR is a little Lean?
Or would it be a better choice to go with a 92/92 Fast setup with 85mm MAF and an FTP Lid and then get a tune. How much more will I expect with the new intake combo?

I would think you could pick up some torque fattening it up some down low but I doubt you'll gain much HP richening it up top. You would definitely gain more power going with a 92/92 plus tuning since it will be even more lean after the new intake. I wouldn't be too worried about the AFR since a lot of the time a dyno O2 sensor will read 1/2 a point lean due to the placement of the sensor in the tailpipe.

The fast combo will help. I gained about 25rwhp,15 torque on a 383 build with the fast

+1000

if you are interested in a FAST 92 combo, shoot me a PM. I think our prices on them are the lowest around with the actual FAST 92 TB.

There are some cheaper combos out there with different TBs though.

I'd say your about 15 RWHP low since you have a 383 but then again you have Patriot heads. Get your AFR inline. What is the timing set at?

Get a FAST combo on there and you'll pick up 20-25 RWHP and 15-20 RWTQ.

You've gotta be happy having almost as much torque as you do horsepower. Throw a 92 setup on there and you'll pickup big time.

Heads are limiting the power more so than the intake...

My goal is to try and achieve about 480 RWHP with this setup after a 92/92 setup. Is this being realistic or am I'm dreaming?
Would anyone's experience recommend I add a Racetronixs Fuel Pump kit and do you think it would help somewhat by replacing my Ford SVO 30lbs injectors for something else-perhaps more efficient?
Thanks for everyone's help.

Keep you SVO 30s they are good for just over 500 RWHP.

If your running a stock fuel pump, yeah you need a need hi flow pump like the racetronix kit.

Get a FAST combo and you'll make some good power, probably around 460 or so.

FYI - I tuned a 383 that had a built A4, 3200 stall, AFR 205 heads, FAST 90 Combo (unported), stock MAF, 12 bolt 3.73 and it put down 470 at the wheels. It was doing 11.0x @ 122 MPH in the 1/4

Read my signature in regards to that question.

You don't NEED a FAST intake to make decent power. In your case, it would merely be a band-aid and even then it still won't help you to produce the power you're after.

If you want to get the Intake kit go for the 96mm set-up its done by Vengeance Racing ,I think it costs around 1500$ but it should give you around 20rwhp its the best out there ,dont take the normal 92 fast combo go for the ported and Ron from VR will hook you up .
