Default lq4/l92 06 Sierra

Well did a build for towing on my 06 sierra. Truck has cadiallac 22s on it. 3:42 gears. 4x4 truck. Put a yank 2600 stall in. LQ4 bottom end with Ported l92s. Custom cam from predatorZ. UD Pulley and Gm Cold Air.

Truck put down 358/374 thru stock manifolds stock y and stock cat-back.

nice, any idea what numbers it put down before the upgrades? any noticable difference in towing?how much did mpg suffer?

Well at one time i had a tsp cam in it with pacesetters it did 303 /313. that was with the 5.3. Never dynoed it stock but it for sure made a hell of a difference. Have not towed with it yet but you can tell the power is there now. Its at like 12-13mpg was getting 20 strait freeway when stock. usally 16 mixed.

did you have to notch the pistons for the l92's?? i noticed when i pulled the heads of off my ly5 the pistons where dish along with being notched. i 've been looking into putting these heads on my sss with a nice size cam.
