Mike in theory both me and the car are going on a diet. I would like to save 80-100 in total including new Bogarts, BMR Kmembers, and 20 or so pounds off the mid section. It is way hard at the Holidays to start a diet.

EZ I know the cam is small. That was kinda the whole point, go with a bigger CI motor and smaller cam and retain drivability. I WILL NOT ADD THE LSX INTAKE OR CUTOUT. I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! 20 or 30 more HP will kill my tranny and just add headaches down the line. Maybe in 2 or 3 years if I get a house and a garage I will go the TH400, High Compression, nitrous route. The motor is built for it, just not the pistons and CR.

niphilli- That IS a stock unported LS6 intake. Read above for what I wrote EZ about the new LSX intake. I am wickedly satisfied, so no more dough out da winda.

Congratulations Bear, I saw your car there in Sept. 02' when I dropped mine off, went for a ride in it in Feb. 03' ( with Joe to pick up his kids ) when I picked up my car, then again in Oct. 03' when I drove out yet again for the dyno tune. That's awesome numbers! And after seeing your car, I want a roll cage; yours was installed nicely and rather unobtrusive.

Congradulations on the new set up!

Made 504rwhp...I guessed 501rwhp in the Crazy thread

Do you plan to add an LSX intake and go for at ~535+ rwhp?

Good luck with the engine and have fun. I know with that kind of power that fun should not be far away when ever you are bored and want something to do.
