Default LS6 bolt ons + cam numbers

05 LS6 cts-v dyno numbers

Finaly got some number I like.

Comp xr281 cam 232/234 .594 112
kooks 1 7/8 catted
DMH cutout
160 stat
powerbond 10% underdrive pulley
ported throttle body
spec 3+ clutch with 22lb flywheel
tune by don at slowhawk

Best run was 409hp 369tq

Im suprised the Tq wasnt closer to 400, im not sure if its the cam or Im just trying to compare my numbers to LS2 cts-v

Check out the vid and the sheet .

The bottom (blue line ) are the numbers from my 220-224 cam
374hp 362 tq

the middle (green line ) is a final fun after tune
405 hp 366 tq

Final and best run (red line) we opened up the cutout
409hp 369tq

video is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCgsYK86lU0

Great numbers! Being on a Mustang dyno, you're numbers are probably very close to mine and I have a similar cam, but Trick Flow heads. My torque numbers are low as well. I can't decide whether to try a bigger cam or just keep saving and do the FAST intake and 90mm TB.

Probably should have just left the ls6 cam in there..

Seriously though you can't compare dyno numbers, especially mustang dynos.. take it to the track and see how it does there.

We'll have to get you lined up with a few cars that we know what they trap. That'll give you a pretty good idea.

Car runs very good.Better than I thought it would with a Cam that size.It would probly put out 10hp/10tq more on a dynojet.

Now just have to figure out how to put in a 9" solid axle rear.
