Default Are my numbers good?

Okay so I got my car dyno'ed today and I'm kind of dissapointed to say the least.

My mods are Pacesetter LT's, ORY, TSP Rumbler CB, SLP Lid with K&N which was pretty dirty, 3400 stall, and 3.42s. Untuned. It was also knock retarding according to his EFI live the stock computer was pulling about 3 degrees out.

It was on a mustang dyno converter locked my best numbers were 303HP 303TQ.

I was pretty dissapointed because my 00 WS6 M6 dynoed 312/324 stock, but that was on a dyno jet.

so the guy showed my a graph on the computer from a 04 GTO bone stock it dynoed 270/270 so it made me feel a little better.

What do you guys think?

Numbers are just fine, especially if its got some KR and is untuned.

Why would you take it to a dyno with dirty air filter? Then you post about it and how you are worried about numbers?

When you spend the time and money to get a dyno number make sure the fuel filter is new, spark plugs and wires are good, air filter is clean, and MAF is clean. Why wasn't the time and money if the car is not the best it can be.

The only reason I dynoed it is because me and a few buddies all went to watch him get his car dyno'ed and the guy was going to give a discount if we all did it, so they talked me into doing it and actually paid for half of it. So thats why I did lol

Sorry to sound like I was busting your *****, but people say stuff like that all the time on here.
"I dynoed XXX but it would have done better if my fuel injectors all worked or all 8 cylinders were firing, or my 100,000 mile clutch would hold"

You numbers are good for what you have.

its a mustang dyno. They are a lot more stingy when it comes to numbers. put it on a dynojet and ill bet you see 25 or so more hp as she sits. Get that timing figured out and you'll pick up more. If i were you, id keep going back to that exact dyno from now on so you can really see improvements.

The numbers look ok, based on what I see. I know my dad's stock 2004 GTO made 300 on a Dynojet, so of that dyno is reading 30ish lower, then that gives you an idea.

Have you gotten it to the track yet?
