Default new numbers on 402ci w/ ported l92 heads.

I have the victor jr intake w/elbow and a custom cam from pat g. Car is a m6 w/12 bolt 4.11's and all the boltons. 530HP @ 6,900rpm's 470TQ On a mustang dyno at vector motorsports. Old numbers with different cam and intake was 480hp.I'm going to find a dyno jet and see it the numbers go up over this stang dyno.

Big gains for a cam and intake swap. Especially nice since you went with a cam that had a lot less overlap than your previous two cams. Should be a lot more fun to drive on the street.

Thanks Pat. I will have the graphs when I pick up the car. It's still at the shop,susp-needs some work for my tires to not rub. The cam is a custom grind by Pat G. I told him what I wanted and he went at it. It's not far from my first cam(do a search) I would tell the specs but it's not the size as much as it's the design of how the cam works. and since I don't know how it works, you may want to talk to him.

530rwhp on an honest reading MD could possibly flirt with 600rwhp on a SAE dynojet in the right conditions. The local ones here read as much as 13% lower than other local dynojets when the settings aren't tampered with.

Mustang Dyno vs Dynojet usually is 15% difference (ish) as I have seen.

I wanna see some timeslips!

well i will have to do that. i was really trying to get at the split/overlap that works for L92s, as it is such a hot topic for debate. Pat G, care to share?

Thanks. I'm happy for now. I have no ewp,13/50 yolks in rear and trans w/a steel drive shaft. All belts and every thing was hooked up. The guy who bought my last motor took the motor to a jet and the power was real close. But,I lost 25hp going from a jet to this stang dyno.

Thanks Doug. Track will come in a week or two. I ran 10.89 old(first set up before LG cam swap) so I hope to get in that 10.6 ish range.

You are welcome Mike, and good luck. I wouldn't know what to do if I ran a 10.6, let alone a 10.99999999999 LOL !

Best wishes on a great run.
